Super Green Smoothie
This Super Green Smoothie is one of the quickest and easiest ways to get a large amount of your daily fruits and greens in one gulp. Leafy greens + Fruits + Liquid Base equals a tasty super drink that will leave you satisfied and most probably addicted to it.
- 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
- 1 medium banana
- 1 pear
- 1 carrot
- handful fresh spearmint
- handful fresh parsley
- 1 tsp honey
- cinnamon (to taste)
Add all of the ingredients (liquid first) in a high-speed blender and mix away. Your Super Green Smoothie will be ready to enjoy in seconds.
